Description
Something is wrong with the build system that's producing our official windows binaries. It is somehow not creating the navigation tree and all class descriptions are missing inheritance diagrams

Build environment was using doxygen 1.8.1 while my dev machine was using doxygen 1.8.0
Installing 1.8.0 on the build environment fixes this. Who knew a .1 release would be so breaking?
