Description
- All tests for EXECUTESQLQUERY should now throw MgInvalidOperationException and our tests should check for this
- Update expected WFS/WMS capability responses (as these no longer return -180,-90,180,90)
- Ensure any stack traces are scrubbed out when checking expected WMS/WFS exception responses.
