Description
Reported from Autodesk QA:
- Publish one WMS layer.
- Set the coordinate system to be EPSG:0 or none coordinate system.
- Run mapagent->WMS->GetMap, it throws exception.
Expected: no exception. The image show without coordinate system transformation.
