Remove specialized fusion widget editors

Description
Some widgets currently have specialized editors for them in the Maestro Fusion editor.
However, since widgets can have new features/properties added independently of Fusion and MapGuide releases, it is impractical to have specialized user interfaces that could easily be rendered out of date through such widget updates.
Better to just let users become acclimatized to configuring widgets the XML way
