Invisible layers in Legend Control should not be checkable

Description

Following the enhancement #2146 When in "show invisible layers" mode, it is disturbing for some users to be able to check and uncheck layers that are invisible ( grayed ).

Solution is to gray the check icon and to remove check/uncheck function.
