Custom Search Scale 0.001

When a result from a custom search is clicked on, the zoom and selection of that object works, but the scale of the map is 1:0.001. This can be globally overridden in the ajaxmappane.templ file by changing minScale to something that makes more sense, such as 1000 for a coordinate system in feet. But, this most likely is not desirable for other coordinate systems. This should be configurable on a custom search by custom search definition basis or at the least configurable in serverconfig.ini with a setting per possible coordinate system unit (e.g. foot, meters, miles, decimal degrees, etc.)
