New validation rules for Feature Sources with encrypted credentials

Description
If validation finds a Feature Source with MG_USER_CREDENTIALS resource data, flag a warning indicating there will be problems if this feature source is packaged by Maestro.
Secondly, assuming we fix #2069 (we damn well better fix this!), add an additional rule to check feature sources of known FDO providers for plaintext credentials. For such feature sources, flag a warning indicating that the feature source is using plaintext credentials and that %MG_USERNAME% and %MG_PASSWORD% with encrypted MG_USER_CREDENTIALS is the recommeded solution.
