Changing "Display as Text" or "Allow Overpost" does not trigger the change asterisk on the tab name.

Description

When changing settings on a layer an asterisk/star symbol is usually show to the left of the layer name in the tab. But when changing the "Display as Text" or "Allow Overpost", this changed indicator is not displayed.
