Hi, Maestro 4.0 is missing the shortcut to MgCooker.exe under the "Base layer group" tab.

Please note that MgCooker will currently spring a login dialog at you regardless. This is currently unavoidable because we can't init MgCooker off of an existing session id (even though we have all the other information)
