General Maestro 3.5 defects (editing of layers and layouts)

1. In the Layout sections, under Commands, I can only change the properties (title, name) of custom commands. In earlier versions of Maestro I could change there also the properties of built-in commands.

2. Also under Custom Commands, in the Advanced tab, when I click on "Search on this layer" I get the attached list instead of different layer names.

3. Also in the Layout section, under Menus and Toolbars: The left pointing arrow in the middle (to add new commands to the toolbar/context menu/task menu) remains always grey.

4. In the Layers sections, under Layer Properties Visible in Viewer, I cannot move properties up or down.
