Maestro - consider retaining previous options when adding more resources to a Copy to Server operation

When adding resource to a Copy/Move to Server dialogue, it makes you navigate to the correct folder each time, re-set the resource type filter, etc.

It would be great if it remembered your choices from previous operations in the same copy/move session. Also, may be useful to start with a * filter for resource type.
