SHP Feature Source editor does not allow browsing unmanaged files

Description
Adding unmanaged shapefiles dialog box displays only the folder level and not the file level. In order to add the shape files from the folder you actually need to add the folder first and then test the connection to make sure it works and add the file by name manually.

My system is Windows 7 x64 on an HP DV5000 AMD based. I tested the same issue on my server at work that is a SBS 2008 x64 based on an HP Proliant.
