Create a new simple or compound symbol definition in Maestro 3.0 beta 1

Expected:

An xml editor with the default simple/compound symbol definition content

Simple and Compound Symbol Definitions are versioned resources (ie. They've had more than one schema revision). As such they are subject to the same rules for creation as other versioned resources in the ObjectFactory class
