IE9: Dropdown list and contextMenu doesn't work on Ajax Viewer

Description

  1. Open Basic WL on IE9 with IE9 Standar Mode.

Result:

  1. The ContextMenu on Map is not correct.
  2. Zoom dropdown list can't display
  3. All items in "Tasks" dropdown lists doesn't work after click

Note: This issue happens on Apache+php/Java. On IIS, it works fine.
