Description

There is a defect that was first reported in October that does not allow you to properly turn on a layer programmatically in the AJAX Viewer.

You can turn on the layer, but it is never checked in the legend and you then lose the ability to select the features on that layer and the tool tips do not work.

getMapFrame().Refresh()

allows this to work.
