Description
Currently, only geodetic transformations can be created that require an API client to specify transformation parameters - incl. grid files. However, it does not allow for creating such transformations that are built into CsMap: namely WGS72(to WGS84 as published by the DMA) and the NULL transformation (which does nothing but only allows to switch from one datum to another).
