SHP Load Procedure coord system button not wokring

Description
Using Maestro v3.0.0.5334, create an SHP Load Procedure. Then try to click on the button in the "transformation" section, to adjust the coord system....it doesn't work - it just does nothing. This had worked in 2.x, although the coord system chosen tended to get ignored anyway.
