Warn about tile cache invalidation when saving edited Map Definitions with tiled layers

Description
Whether we like it or not, saving a modified Map Definition will wipe out any existing tile caches based on this Map Definition.
As such, the Map Definition editor should notify the user about this, if the editor was initialized with a Map Definition containing tiled layers.
