Description
Arbitrary XY-M maps do not work well with Fusion. If the map is even displayed, the initial zoom is typically incorrect and it may not be possible to zoom into the map enough to access detailed scale ranges.
This defect is related to http://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/ticket/394. It would be great to get this fixed for 2.1 and trunk.

Mike Adair has submitted a fix to Fusion under http://trac.osgeo.org/fusion/ticket/395. The fix was verified in MapGuide using a local build.
