Maestro: Save All does not update resource colour in the tree

Description
I opened a folder full of layer definitions using the "Open child resources" link. I then made changes in each of them and went to File->Save All.
After saving, the resources which had turned red in the tree as I edited them remained red. Refreshing the tree (F5) caused the colour to update to the correct green.
