Apply Overrides to Multiple Coordinate Systems

Description

The list of coordinate systems in a .FeatureSource may be extensive (esp on poorly configured ArcSDE connections). Applying a CS override on individual elements is time consuming and error prone.

Suggested submission is to select-all on the existing "Expand" button and change functionality to apply the defined override to all selected CSs

Patch applied in r4808 (w/ some toolbar icon updates for consistency). Thanks for the patch. If you could create the same kind of patch for your other tickets, that would be appreciated.
