Server caching non thread safe FDO schema objects

Description

The server caching has all but eliminated most of the thread unsafe FDO objects except for the FDO schema objects. This needs to be changed to cache Mg thread safe equivalent objects. Without this change there will be instability and random server crashes/unclassified exceptions.
