Description
It would be visually appealing in many cases to be able to have the border colour of a polygon or symbol set to a darker shade of the chosen colour rather than black. This may require some colour model math to apply consistently, and you'd run into cases where the result is near-black or black anyway.
If you do implement this functionality, it would be great if you could add a "Adjust to fill colour offset" button to the symbol/poly UIs so that it can also be applied manually on a per-style basis.

The good way to do this would be to allow choosing a border color, and an opacity for that color.
To lighten, simply choose white and opacity eg. 20%, to darken, choose black and an opacity.
