The 4 new widgets: FeatureInfo, Theme, Query and Redline should use customized icons.

Attach two patches for replacing the icons:
- https://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/attachment/ticket/1211/MapGuideTemplate.patch is to update MapGuide template in MapGuide trac.
- https://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/attachment/ticket/1211/FusionWidgetInfo.patch is to update fusion's widget info in fusion trac.
Please note: The new icons appears in the flexible web layout created after this replacement. The flexible web layout created before still shows the old icons because they're defined in ApplicationDefinition once it's created. You need to update them manually.
