AJAX Viewer: New window launched from feature hyperlink weird dimensions, no toolbar

Description
1) Create a layout that has features with URLs (hard code them to 'http://www.autodesk.com' if required)
2) View the layout in the AJAX viewer in IE (or Firefox)
3) ctrl-click on the features with URLs
Notice that the window that comes up is narrow, tall, does not have a menu bar, toolbar, status bar or location bar.
