Description
It would be useful if when creating a new SymbolLibrary an XML template got stubbed out.
As a next step, it would be nice to have a bit of UI on this, allowing the user to graphically add/remove SymbolDefinitions from SymbolLibrary.

There is a sort-of template included with Maestro. The open didn't show this correctly, but that was fixed with r4427.
Other than that, this is a duplicate of issue #561. I will comment on that ticket to explain what is needed to add symbol library support.
