Description
6x8 graticule and 100Km grid labels are sometimes reversed or missing. Particularly when using the New Orleans map.

The new facility "Clip line string to arbitrary polygon" had a problem when a single line segment crossed the clipping polygon completly. In certain cases, the direction of the resulting line segment would be opposite that of the origina line segment. This casused the Region boundary lines, after clipping, proceed in the wrong direction, which in turn caused the labels to be improperly positioned. The improperly positioned label overwrite correctly positioned labels, which made it look like labels were missing. There were no missing labels, they were just hidden.
