Description
Over the last year or two, edits to coordinate systems have produced several inconsistencies in the category file. Each coordinate system should show up at least once. If the coordinate system has been deprecated (i.e. in the LEGACY group), the definition should show up only once in the Obsolete category. This submission corrects deviations from this rule.

This defect is a CS-MAP defect. It was logged as CS-MAP ticket #45 and corrected. Logging it in this Trac board was an error on my part.
