Description
The CoordinateSystem API needs to be updated to reflect the addition of three new projection variations implemented within CS-MAP to resolve CS-MAP ticket #42. CS-MAP Ticket #42 implements the Popular Visulation Mercator variation of the STandard Mercator. It is this projection which is used by Google Earth and others when delivering graphic data over the web.

This revision was submitted to the trunk and produced version 4223 and as inidicated is dependent upon revision 1619. Three new propojection variations were added to the projection repetoire, thus supporting, in addition to other CS-MAP tickets, the Google version of the Merctaor projection.
