Description
The new generic grid facility does not honor the provided Grid boundary correctly. The start and end points of grid generation are being calculated incorrectly; thus the grid appears to be shifted to the east by a substantial amount.
This work is associated with RFC 76. The original code was, perhaps, submitted to early; but this was necessary as other developers needed access to the API.

Fixed as a part of normal testing associated with RFC 76. Submission of code prematurely was required as the primary test vehicle is a product using the MapGuide GIS Platform feature. This has been corrected and tested.
