Hi,
Minor installer build -- using the "incBinFiles" in SVN the file "LayerDefinition-1.3.0.xsd" is missing and it also erroneously includes a copy of "Thumbs.db"

The incBinFiles should be updated when running build.bat, but I will make sure the file in svn is correct.
