INSPIRE Download Feed Client implemented in trunk. E.g. see geoportal.rlp implementation (mapbender-trunk): ​http://www.geoportal.rlp.de/mapbender/plugins/mb_downloadFeedClient.php The client can be used to consume INSPIRE Download Services based on ATOM Feeds. Many different feeds from different european countries were tested.
