Update WMS with grouped Layers

Description
- I loaded a WMS with grouped layers.
- then I changed the maxScale for the grouped layer from 0 to 1000.
When I update the wms with grouped layers afterwards the changed maxScale gets lost and set back to 0
It would be nice not to overwrite the configured value
