DetailPopup adds unzoomable highlight feature

Onclick on a wfs gazetteer result row zooms to the result feature extent and adds the result geometry as a highlight feature. This added highlight feature is not zoomable, i.e. it stays in the same size at the same position in the mapframe while zooming/panning.

zoom and highlighting in resultList is now done by single plugins for resultList:
