Description
In the Geoportal-RLP installation, the monitoring was extensively enhanced. We will merge these changes into Mapbender in the next major release.

added new monitoring process: the group or user id must be passed to the script, which is run via php5-cli

New table wms_availability. The statistics are now generated by a db trigger, and no longer on the fly, which was very inefficient, especially with large data sets
