Measure Distance's map frame buttons clear, close , and info are not showing tooltip and not functioning the same way as it works in Mapbender2.5

zIndex of measure_sub div set to 100

The problem is the zIndex of the measure_sub div (19), which is below the zIndex of the copyright. Solution is to either change the zIndex in mod_measure.pgp or in mod_copyright.php (if both modules shall be present in the gui).
