Description
If element_var handlesublayers of treeGD is set to true, sometimes the map doesn't show up (endlos schleife mit Meldung/Popup "Skript stoppen")

I profiled the load process of Mapbender. If handlesublayers is "true", Mapbender spends a lot of time in initArray of treeGDE, sometimes up to 99%
The function should be optimized.
