This patch works for me. It destroys an existing session and then the original session is correctly started with the sid.

From rc5 on, printing of owsproxy secured services is not working anymore. I tested it on two mb installations, one running rc5 the other latest svn (aka rc6 ...). In my case it seems the problem is, that in owsproxy index.php the session cannot be created with the sid parameter coming from the apache redirect.
