treeGDEConf and loadWMC don't mix well...there needs to be a generic solution

I've the same problem.

Mapbender 2.4 PHP 5.2 IIS 5.1

Errormessage (in German):

"Der Aufgerufene (Server, nicht Serveranwendung) ist nicht verfügbar und kann nicht gefunden werden. Alle Verbindungen sind ungültig. Der Aufruf wurde nicht ausgeführt."

The Server is still running.
