Update WMS has to display only the WMS that the user owns

Description
at the moment a user can update the WMS of the guis the user owns (getWmsByOwnGuis). This is wrong.
The user should only update the WMS that the user owns (getWmsByWmsOwner).

I changed the script. Now the user can only update the WMS that the user owns (wms_owner = 1)
