Maintaining Demo application, references in Gallery

On the main page is a link to a really old Mapbender users application ("Have a look at this <map application>."). It needs an update.

The page http://www.mapbender.org/demo/ currently show an iframe with a Mapbender demo application. Does that make sense? It does not have many hits. If we want to keep it we should update it to a newer version with nicer buttons.

The page http://www.mapbender.org/Digitize contains links to "Log into the <Digitizing GUI> to test functionality".

There are probably more links to live applications.

The Gallery also needs regular maintenance.
