wxGUI: add imported maps automatically to map list in layer manager

Description

It would be nice if a map after import would directly show up in the list of maps in the layer manager. Or, to have besides the "Run" button (e.g, v.in.ogr) a "Run and display" button to make that optional.

Dialogs already allows to add created map into layer tree, see attached screenshot.
