New installer only does partial install

After having had problems with the previous version of GRASS I tried the new installer (uploaded last night). This is even worse as it does not install key directories including bin, etc and others. Clicking any of the start-up icons results in only a very brief flash of a window on the screen.

i can confirm this. I've found a typo in the packaging files.
