Description
appveyor is a Continuous Integration solution for Windows and Linux.
Software pre-installed on Windows build VMs are e.g. MSYS2 and MinGW-w64. these 2 environments are actually used to build winGRASS.
in GDAL's appveyor script an example how dependencies may be handled.
