v.to.db: add common keywords

Description

v.to.db has actually these keywords: 

vector, attribute table, database

by v.to.db, important vector characteristics like 

area
cat
perimeter
length
coor
bounding box

can be uploaded to the attribut table.

but these keywords can't be found in the Keywords - Index of GRASS GIS modules linked to this module.

any objections to apply the attached patch?
