Description
I installed the daily build of WinGRASS 7.5 64-bit using the 2018-03-11 00:0 binary (WinGRASS-7.5.svn-r72331-91-Setup-x86_64.exe). When I launched GRASS I got the error "The program can't start because zstd.dll is missing."
