GUI raster query: allow more choices in output of information

Description
The current raster query tool in the GUI is not ideal for efficient interaction, for example to collect coordinates or data from the screen.
Here are a few possible improvements that would make life easier:
- Allow the choice of variable to output. Sometimes one wants only coordinates, sometimes only the data.
- Allow a mode where info of a new click is added to old click, not replacing it. That would allow to quickly collect information from the screen by clicking a series of points and then copy everything to the clipboard in one go.
- In addition to "redirect output to the console", it would be nice to be able to redirect output to a file.
Some of these might actually be part of the GSoC project Additional GUI tools for image analysis, or it could be a good test for potential candidates.
