wxGUI Add web service layer: small (cosmetic changes) in the behavior of some gui wxWidgets

Description

I made some changes (small cosmetic improvements) in the source code of wxgGUI Add web service layer.

Attached a patch file (dialogs.diff).

  1. Expand wxWidget wx.StatusBar in horizontal direction to the size of window dialog,
  1. Clear content (title layer) of the wxWidget wx.TexCtrl (Output layer name:), based on the new selection deafult server connection in the wxWidget wx.Choice.
  1. Clear content (title layer) of the wxWidget wx.TexCtrl (Output layer name:), based on changing content of wxWidget wx.TextCtrl (Server:)

Milestone: 7.0.3 → 7.0.4

Thanks, I applied them to trunk (in r67550), will backport to release branch for 7.0.4. Please next time provide the patch without the whitespace changes.
