wxGUI: can't really cancel adding layer

Description

  1. start adding a layer (raster or vector)
  1. cancel in layer selection dialog - the layer is added anyway, called e.g. "vector (double click to set properties)"

Shouldn't "Cancel" completely cancel adding the layer?

Layer item is now deleted if no arguments defined, fixed in devbr6 and trunk, r32785 and r32786.
