r.regressionline incompatability issue in WinGRASS

Description
r.regressionline uses the unix/Bash command "paste" which is not availble in the Msys shell. This means that r.regressionline cannot be run on systems that use the Msys shell (windows).

Uploaded the new WinGRASS installer (6.3.0-3) that fixes the bug adding the msys coreutils to the binary package.
